Appointment Summary Reports
Appointment Summary Reports allow you to document detailed information pertaining to a specific student appointment. You can also create ad hoc Appointment Summaries for your students who come to drop-in office hours. Appointment Summaries are visible to college faculty and staff who have access to student profiles (advisor, athletic coach, etc.)

Notes can be used to record information about a student not tied to specific appointments. Notes can also be used to write a personal note that is only visible to the author. With the Notes feature, staff and faculty can choose to make a note visible to the student.
