Page 1 is a printable version of the Nation Creation questions that Nationstates uses to establish a Nation's starting conditions. Give this to students to have them fill out, and then use it as either a discussion in itself, or simply tally the responses to determine your class's answers.
Pages 2 and 3 are a generic form to be filled out by students when the class is tackling an Issue. It gets them to identify the Issue at hand, what choices are available, and then to develop their own opinion before becoming part of the larger discussion and debate, and then to reflect on whether their opinion changed as a result of the discussion.
