From the Facility shortcuts, look for the facility desert orthopedic specialists.
Launch the eClinical.
Once it is launched, you will be asked input your username and password. Hit Next.
Use the credential that was provided to you.
You will be asked to put your password.
NOTE: Please note that your password is the original and random password that was initially provided to you.
Now that you are logged in, you be routed to its interface.
Click the lookup icon.
You will then be routed to this patient lookup screen. There are a couple of search criteria but the easiest way to look up an account is by using the patient's first and last name or date of birth.
In this example, we use a last name to locate an account.
Observe that there will be a lot of results but make sure to verify the information such as first and last name, date of birth and address on file to make sure that you are pulling up a correct account.
Assuming that we pulled up the correct account. You are now routed to the Patient Information dashboard.
