RXNT is the system we use for Austin Psychiatric Alliance facility. This system can be accessed through this link.
Once you have this interface, log in using the username and password.
Once logged in, you will see a couple if tabs but we will focus and choose the billing tab.
After choosing the billing tab, you will be routed to this screen. Pull up an account using the patient's first and last name.
There are couple of search criteria to choose from. However, our main option is to pull up the account using their first and last name.
This is the patient's account interface.
Make sure that you verify HIPAA before disclosing any information.
