United in Purpose

Rooted in community, and committed to transforming independent schools nationwide.

Transforming Independent Schools. Together.

Founded by regional grassroots leaders, National PoCIS is a national coalition dedicated to deepening our collective impact. We unite local chapters to foster authentic connection, support educators of color, and drive meaningful DEIJ change. By bringing our collective energy together in solidarity, we are transforming school communities nationwide.
