Helps with better sleep
Exercise has been improved to some folks that has a sleep disorder, including “insomnia” and “obstructive sleep apnea”
Improves Memory
Exercise strength our muscles, it keeps our heart strong, boost our memory and thinking skills.
Increases Energy
Exercise make as feel like hormones that get discharged when we are accomplishing something that requires a burst of energy.
Compare and contrast positive and negative feedbacks in terms of the relationship between stimulus and response with examples from each system.
BIOL 202
This course looks at the metabolic occurrences in different organ structures, for instance, muscular and nervous systems. I thus gained more comprehension of the different organ structures in the body, plus how they work. The lab part specifically enabled me to use my theoretical awareness in the practical outlook, which assisted me in more comprehension of the physiological procedures found in the human body. The course gave me an effective base in human physiology that is vital in comprehending how infections affect the human body. By understanding more about the human body, I can look at how various infections can impact them.
