Invited Talk

• In person

• The official language is English.

• The duration for each oral presentation is 17 minutes + 3 minutes Q&A.

• Please save your presentation file on a USB and arrive in the session room 15 minutes before your session starts. The staff will help you to save your file. 

Oral Presentation

• In person

• The official language is English.

• The duration for each oral presentation is 12 minutes + 3 minutes Q&A.

• Please save your presentation file on a USB and arrive in the session room 15 minutes before your session starts. The staff will help you to save your file. 

Student Oral Presentation

• In person

• The official language is English.

• The duration for each oral presentation is 5 minutes, with no Q&A session.

• Please save your presentation file on a USB and arrive in the session room 15 minutes before your session starts. The staff will help you to save your file. 

Poster Presentation

• In person

• The official language is English.

• The printed poster should be in A0 format (vertical, 841mm (W) x 1189mm (H)).
