Hotel Reservation Details

As the conference will be held at Howard Resort Xitou, the Conference Secretariat will assist participants in reserving accommodation at the resort for the conference period (May 31–June 6, 2026). To facilitate accommodation arrangements, a limited number of rooms will be offered at a preferential rate for registered participants. Reservations must be completed by March 31, 2026.

Please note that the accommodation fee shall be settled directly at the hotel upon check-in, either by credit card or in New Taiwan Dollar (TWD) cash.
Once accommodation assistance is selected and submitted, the request cannot be modified or changed.
The preferential rate and room availability are limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis until March 31, 2026, or until the allocated rooms are fully booked, whichever occurs first.

1. MRT:
Take the Taoyuan Airport MRT (Commuter Line) to Taoyuan MRT Station, a journey of approximately 16 minutes.

2. THSR Shuttle Bus:
Take the direct THSR Shuttle Bus from the airport to Taoyuan High-Speed Rail Station.
Buses are available from the Arrival Passenger Reception Areas in both terminals.

Upon arrival at THSR Taoyuan Station, purchase a THSR ticket to Taichung Station. The travel time is approximately 40 minutes.
