Erry Dwi Kurniawan received Ph.D Degree from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan in Nano Science and Technology at 2018. He graduated his B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia (2009) and M.S Degree in Semiconductor Technology, Asia University (2014). He is currently works as research fellow at Research Center for Electronics, National Research and Innovation Agency of Indonesia. His research interest include semiconductor nano-devices including novel nano-transistor: fabrication, simulation, and modeling; sensor and MEMS.
