Micro/Nano Electronics Devices and System Laboratory aims to develop smart automated micro-fabrication systems, to fabricate micro/nano devices such as sensor, MEMS devices, or integrated circuit (IC) at small spatial scales and to explore promising methodology towards new scientific challenges in micro/nano scale applications by providing state-of-the-art research platform for students and researchers to working at this cutting-edge field, which paves new ways in such practical applications as semiconductor industry, micro-/nanotechnology and the electronics applications.

October 2019 - Dr. Erry Dwi Kurniawan and Muhammad Riswan presented their paper in the The 2019 International Conference on Radar, Antenna, Microwave, Electronics and Telecommunications (ICRAMET) in Serpong, Indonesia. Muhammad Riswan is awarded as the best poster presenter in this conference.

September 2018 - Micro/Nano Electronics Devices and Systems Lab is established by Dr. Erry Dwi Kurniawan after he got his Ph.D from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan.
