“If we want to go by the traditional method, that’s fine, but it will take a long time to make progress. If we leverage AI and work within its framework, this transformation becomes much easier,” he said.
He described the future of education as “not artificial intelligence, but augmented intelligence,” emphasizing that educators must collaborate with technology rather than compete with it.
“Our minds must work alongside the mind of the machine,” he noted, adding that the integration of AI should empower teachers rather than replace them.

Earlier today, I had the distinct honour of speaking at the inaugural National Agribusiness Dialogue held at Kempinski Hotel, Accra, under the theme:
“Resetting Agribusiness for Inclusive and Sustainable Growth.”
As a panellist, I shared key insights on how we can transform Ghana’s agricultural sector into a dynamic, youth-driven space by leveraging digital solutions that make agribusiness not only productive but also appealing and future-forward.
I also shared the inspiring impact of the eHAPPY Project—a model of youth empowerment through agritech and skills training—with strong potential to scale into a national program.
This landmark event was graced by the President of the Republic of Ghana, the Minister for Trade, Agribusiness and Industry, and other high-level policymakers. Their presence was a clear signal: the time to act is now. I truly believe: It’s time to RESET. There is HOPE.
With the right investments in innovation, digital skills, and inclusive ecosystems, Ghana’s agriculture and agribusiness sectors can lead the way in job creation, food security, and sustainable development.
My heartfelt appreciation goes to the Agri-Impact Group and Mastercard Foundation!
