Please note that State Nominations can now be submitted online at PCAQ. Please make sure you have relevant certificates , qualifiers and have met muster requirements. All details will be confirmed before acceptance.
For all most events Online nomination is available.
If a club has chosen not to use the online system please submit the following, fully completed form and pay direct to club account.
Requests to nominate must be accompanied by a receipt for payment (direct credit is preferred method of payment)
NO PAYMENT – NO NOMINATION
Nominations must be received at least three days prior to close date to allow the Nominations Secretary time to process the nomination.
Members who have an outstanding balance of fees for nominations owing to NPC may not be allowed to lodge new nominations until outstanding balance is paid.
