No rough/rude language tolerated with anyone. Talk respectfully, even with caretaker. Period.
Avoid too much follow up for anything.
Report wrongdoings, issues to caretaker & keep owner informed via WhatsApp message.

Use only for more than 5 clothes or plan shared use with others for optimum energy-water usage.

Keep check over stale food & throw away.

We don't provide bedsheets, pillows Kindly arrange yourself
Using bed without bedsheet not allowed.
Uphold hygiene by changing bedsheet regularly.
Turn bed up when not in use to avoid use by others.

Keep check over moist prone object which leads to corrosion/rust.

Kitchen cleaning responsibility stays with users. After use please clean kitchen for others use.
Don't drain kitchen leftovers in sink.
Kitchen waste should be immediately thrown in outside dustbins to uphold cleanliness & hygiene.
Don't overload kitchen trolleys.
Kitchen remains under surveillance for cleanliness monitoring.

Use geyser only when required & once in a day & turn off immedietly after use.
We dont provide buckets/mugs, toiletries.

Don't misuse common space/cupboards/racks.
