Do you provide food? What food options are available?
We don't provide food but below are other options available:
Kitchen is available in each flat (we make gas cylinders available at PG@ govt rates which girls purchase & share)
External mess provides tiffin at PG (80-90Rs per tiffin approx.)
Nearby food options are available at walking distance.
Do you provide house keeping services?
We don't provide full time housekeeping. Kitchen cleaning responsibility lies with tenants. Complementary cleaning is done once a week from our end for our requirement. Tenants are required to maintain rest cleaning/housekeeping on their own.
Is electricity bill included in rent?
Yes, although exploitations of electricity by any means is not acceptable & may result in fines.
Are all electrical appliances allowed?
No, No heavy electricity consumption instrument allowed. For example, cooking induction, Electric kettle, hair dryer, hair curler/straightener, heating rod of any kind, heaters. Try to run the washing machine on optimum capacity to save power, water & time wastage.
What is 3 month lock-in?
The rents mentioned are for 3 months or above duration stay. Any stay less than that results in increase of monthly rent by 1k per month. This cost further increases if you are leaving without 1 month or partial notice. If you leave before completing the three-month lock-in period (with one-month notice), you will be charged an additional ₹1,000 per month for your entire stay. For instance, if you leave after two months (with one-month notice), you will pay an extra ₹2,000 in addition to regular rent.
What is notice period?
1 month notice period is mandatory. Any less notice results in proportionate fines. Your one-month notice period begins on the date you explicitly inform owner of your intended vacating date via WhatsApp. Verbal communication or notices without a specific vacating date will not be accepted. 1 full month notice will be considered & anything less than that will incur additional charges. For instance, you provide notice on 10th may, your date of vacating should be 10th of next month or any date later than that(irrespective of your rent month end date). Charges will be applied based on this even if you wish to leave early (no concession shall be entertained for less than a month notice).
Do you adjust last month rent from security deposit?
No adjustment of rent can be done from security deposit as the deposit ensures security of our high value assets in facility & other things. Hence any delay (citing this or any other reason) in rent payments for more than 2 days shall be considered as default & can result in immediate termination with forfeiture of deposit.
How is month calculated?
A month is calculated from your rent start date to one day before the same date in the following month.
