About HEART
HEART (Humanitarian Enhancement Aid for Resilient Transformation) is a youth-led, voluntary, nonprofit organization in Bangladesh that was first envisioned and well-established under the visionary leadership of Jobair Mahmud. Guided by his commitment to humanitarian values, social justice, and sustainable development, HEART works to empower marginalized communities, foster climate resilience, and create opportunities for youth, women, and vulnerable groups.
With a focus on advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), HEART promotes education, gender equality, biodiversity conservation, mental health advocacy, and community-driven climate action. Under Jobair Mahmud’s leadership, the organization has become a dynamic platform for young changemakers, recognized nationally and internationally for its innovation, inclusivity, and impact.

Women Aid & Youth Development Organization (WAYDO) is a legally registered nonprofit organization in Bangladesh, working to empower women and youth through humanitarian aid, social development, and rights-based initiatives. Registered under the Youth & Women Affairs Directorate of Bangladesh (Reg. No. DYD-102), WAYDO is committed to advancing gender equality, education, and youth empowerment in vulnerable communities.
WAYDO focuses on creating opportunities for women, young people, and marginalized groups to build resilient futures. Its initiatives span across education, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), livelihood development, humanitarian response, and youth leadership. With a strong emphasis on community-based solutions, WAYDO ensures that women and youth are not just beneficiaries but active participants in shaping sustainable social change.
