Jobair Mahmud, born in Teknaf, Cox’s Bazar, is a Bangladeshi humanitarian, youth leader, poet, and digital marketing expert. He is the Founder and Executive Director of HEART, a youth-led NGO advancing climate action, gender equality, SRHR, and humanitarian response for marginalized communities. Recognized with awards like the Green Climate Leadership Award and TekSHOI Humanitarian Leadership Award, he also serves as District Chapter Leader of the Bangladesh Biodiversity Conservation Federation and Chapter Leader of State of Youth HEART (Bangladesh).
