Labor-Management Council Meeting Notes

The Labor-Management Council is composed of at least two representatives appointed by each NAGE Local R5-45 and SERO Management. The Council decides its protocols and operating procedures, including whether to utilize subgroups or task forces. Any issue which affects employees conditions of employment, except grievances and matters which would infringe on an individual's privacy, are open for discussion.

NAGE Local R5-45 Executive Board Meeting Notes

The NAGE Constitution and By-Laws Article IV. Section 6. states each Local Unit shall elect a President, one or more Vice Presidents, a Treasurer and such other officers as they shall deem advisable from the membership of the Local Unit. These Officers shall constitute the Local Unit Executive Board.

The NAGE Constitution and By-Laws Article IV. Section 6. states all Local Units shall have at least one general membership meeting annually. The NAGE Local R5-45 Executive Board strives to hold meetings of the dues-paying members quarterly or otherwise as needed.
