Timeline

October 2007: I began researching tornadoes and then other severe weather after a tornado hits near the town I was living in at age 5.

March 2011: I attended my first Skywarn spotter training in Coldwater, MI

September 2013: I began attending Skywarn training via MetEd

March 2020: I became Spotter Network certified.

September 2020: Nader Chasin is formed with myself and four other chasers.

October 2020: I became a CoCoRaHS observer in Lima, OH. I also began to contribute to the MPing project.

January 2021: I withdrew from the University of Northwestern Ohio to pursue a career in research meteorology. Nader Chasin HQ is moved to Roseville, MI and is recognized by NOAA as a Weather-Ready Nation Ambassador™.

February 2021: Nader Chasin Merch is launched.

Becomes a WeatherFlow Affiliate

April 2021: Nader Chasin Podcast begins.
