Why is my Prime Video account not working on my TV?

Steps to follow

1. Close the Prime Video app and restart your device by turning it off,

2. unplugging the device for a minute or so, then plugging it back in and turning it on.

3. Note: If the power cord is not accessible, options are available to power reset or restart an Android TV™ or Google TV™ using the remote control or the TV menu.
