SUPPO is charged with the overall responsibility for managing all supplies that the unit requires. This includes coordination of issues, return, and replacement of uniform items for cadets throughout the year. SUPPO shall:

(1) maintain the supply room in a neat, orderly,and secure manner, and ensure that all uniforms and other gear are properly stowed.

(2) maintain an accurate inventory of all uniform items

(3)  Assist the NSI with issue, receipt, storage cleaning , inventory, and accounting for all uniform items, to include documenting actions in the CDMIS system. 

(4) Assist with the storage and accounting of other unit equipment 

(5) Supervision and training of the supply staff  

As the Chief of Supply, he provides support across all supply operations and carries out a substantial portion of the workload. In a supervisory capacity similar to that of the Officer of Supply, Spirakis,J , he oversees the supply representatives to ensure they are knowledgeable, compliant, and effective in the execution of their responsibilities. He serves as the principal contributor and operational foundation of the supply department.
