Operating Sessions
It takes up to 9 people to run the railroad during the 3 hour operating sessions.
Coxton Yardmaster Rob Siik is assisted by two engineers to keep the trains on schedule.
Keeping the trains running is the job of the Dispatcher Tom Sullivan. It can be pretty challenging at times.
Most of the lights on the dispatcher's panel show which of the staging tracks are occupied and some others which way a turnout is thrown.
A magnetic board is useful in keeping track of the location of trains.
