Momentum Marketplace is a one-of-a-kind mentoring program that helps young adults gain clarity on their calling in the workplace and marketplace leaders get renewed by being able to use their skill sets, knowledge, and wisdom within their calling and passion. It’s a win-win for two distinct generations and their engagement within their own local church.

Across the country, pastoral burnout is taking its toll on local churches. The number of pastors giving real, serious consideration to leaving ministry has climbed steadily over the years to nearly 50% as of 2022. Nearly half of pastors across the country have considered quitting in 2022. One of the top three reasons for their consideration was a feeling of loneliness and isolation. Momentum Ministry Partners is committed to partnering with pastors to provide critical resources and an interconnected support system, so that they can lead and grow healthy, thriving churches in a post-COVID culture, without burning out in the process.

Imagine finishing college with a fully accredited Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies degree from Grace College while at the same time being trained in ministry by experienced, passionate ministry leaders. We believe that the partnership between Momentum, Grace College, and Grace Church in Akron provides a uniquely effective way to train the next generation of ministry leaders.  

In addition, a Degree Completion in Ministry Leadership and a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry is also offered through Grace College & Seminary at the Akron location.
