NEW – and Improved Session Seating 

 Sitting together as a local church group in sessions is a positive experience for groups, and Momentum is doing our best to accommodate that. With groups ranging in size from 3 to 194, it is like Tetris to make everything work toward that end. In addition, we want to help respect each other’s desire to sit together and provide ways to minimize the disappointment of not being able to do so. 

Groups of 75 or more have been given the option to select from pre-designated and approved areas to have reserved seating all week. These sections are under the balcony and in the front sections of the balcony. Other than that, the remaining three-fourths of the conference have the freedom to choose from the “prime real estate” seating areas. In part, allowing these larger groups this option is actually positive for all other groups, as these larger groups do not need to rush in and find ways to save seats for groups that large, thereby unknowingly frustrating other groups trying to do the same. It is also safer during the initial volume of groups entering the chapel to save seats for their own members. 

In the balcony, the very top-level seating sections are also available if your group wishes to use it. Students sitting there without a leader will be asked by the Crew/volunteers to rejoin their youth group. Either your entire youth group or any number of your group is welcome to sit there—but students must be accompanied by a youth leader.  

Let’s all work together “in honor preferring one another” as we enter the sessions and not om;y prepare sitting together as a group, but prepare our hearts to be open to God  calling us to be ALL IN and then go ALL OUT.
