Hey! My name is Sam and I’m 13 years old. I’m a Cadette Level and this is my 8th year of Girl Scouts. Some interesting facts about me are: I love to draw, paint, and watch shows! I have been drawing most of my life, for as long as I can remember, I have loved to draw and make little comics here and there. Art is something I have always enjoyed in general, whether it be drawing, painting, or even digital art! I love reading manga. 

When I first got my period, I was 11 years old. When I got it, it was in school. The moment I sat up, one of my classmates had called me out. Thankfully, my friend was there to support me and help get me to the bathroom. Having to deal with the stigma of getting your period is probably the worst part. Getting your period is probably one of the hardest things a young girl can go through, but we are here to help.
