1.0 INTRODUCTION

1.1 We respect your right to delete your account and personal data at any time. This page explains how to do so on each platform.

1.2 The iOS and Android versions of My Men run on independent backends and do not share data. If you have used both, please follow the deletion procedure on each platform separately.

1.3 Deletion is irreversible. Conversations, custom companions, custom stories, photos, memories, and relationship data cannot be recovered once deleted.

2.0 DELETE ON iOS

2.1 If you still have the app installed (fastest method):

   Open My Men → Settings → Danger Zone → Reset App. Your local data is wiped immediately.

2.2 If you have uninstalled the app:

   Email mymen.support@newversion.studio with the subject line "Delete My Men Account — iOS". Please include:

   (a) Your User ID (if known — found in Settings → About)

   (b) Approximate date you last used the app

   (c) Confirmation that you want all data permanently deleted

2.3 We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.

3.0 DELETE ON ANDROID

3.1 If you still have the app installed (fastest method):

   Open My Men → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Your local data is wiped immediately and a deletion request is sent to our backend.

3.2 If you have uninstalled the app:

   Email mymen.support@newversion.studio with the subject line "Delete My Men Account — Android". Please include:

   (a) Your User ID (if known — found in Settings → About)

   (b) Approximate date you last used the app

   (c) Confirmation that you want all data permanently deleted

3.3 We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.

4.0 WHAT GETS DELETED

4.1 The following data is deleted on both iOS and Android:

   (a) Account and anonymous User ID

   (b) Chat history and voice call records

   (c) Custom companions and custom stories

   (d) Companion memories and relationship data

   (e) Generated photos and album content

   (f) Usage history and tracking data

   (g) Profile, preferences, and favorites

5.0 WHAT MAY BE RETAINED

5.1 Purchase transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. These records contain only transaction metadata (date, amount, product) and are not linked to your deleted account profile.

5.2 UGC abuse reports submitted through the in-app reporting feature may be retained for up to 12 months for safety and abuse-investigation purposes.

6.0 SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

6.1 Deleting your account does not cancel active subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google and must be cancelled separately.

6.2 To cancel an iOS subscription:

   Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → My Men → Cancel Subscription.

6.3 To cancel an Android subscription:

   Google Play Store → Subscriptions → My Men → Cancel.
