Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
Turn off your monitor and keep it close to your phone — this activates pairing mode.
Press and hold the Bluetooth button on your monitor for 3–5 seconds.
Release the button when you see a flashing P on the screen.
1. Basic checks.
Before starting, make sure that:
Make sure the blood pressure monitor is charged
Ensure the blood pressure monitor is not connected to another device.
Bluetooth on the phone is enabled.
If you have other health apps open, close them completely before trying to pair the monitor again. (remove it from the background apps list).
2. Clear previous connection state (if pairing was previously attempted).
If the blood pressure monitor was already added or previous pairing attempts were made:
Open the app → Settings.
Remove the blood pressure monitor from the app.
Close the app completely (remove it from the background apps list).
Open Bluetooth Settings.
Find the blood pressure monitor in the device list and tap "Forget This Device".
3. Re-pairing process:
Open the app.
Tap "Connect Monitor" to start scanning.
Once scanning starts, put the blood pressure monitor into pairing mode.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.
4. If pairing still fails:
Restart the phone.
Try the pairing process again.
