Technical Skills

Microsoft Office and Tech skills learned:

I learned a whole lot more about Word, and it is what I am most comfortable with. I had written papers before, but had never been shown or poked around to know all the parts of the ribbon and how it could shape a document. Excel will take time to figure out. I did enjoy making my power point. It was challenging to get the narrated mp4 clip, but I got it! Outlook and I don't always see eye to eye. I learned how to make new files, put files in folders, and consolidate and organize documents, but it won't always give me access to 'my files' and I can't figure out why. That area is a work in progress. I suppose they all are, I certainly didn't master anything, but I know more now than ever. With this new knowledge I can use these Office skills to build on in the future and not have to require help from my kids. ;)
