Welcome to the Infectious Diseases Institute at The Ohio State University for the first ever Midwest Virology Symposium (MVS). The goal of the MVS is to bring together researchers from the Midwest region of the US to share and discuss recent advances in virology, viral immunology, viral oncology, viral pathogenesis, and antiviral therapies. This meeting provides a great opportunity to establish and renew friendships and collaborations. We hope you enjoy your visit to Ohio State and Columbus.
