Files should be named "LastName-MVS.doc"

All abstracts will be considered for short talks and will be assigned space for a poster presentation.

Posters should be a maximum of 3'(h) x 4'(w) in size. Push pins will be provided.

Formatting guidelines for abstract submission:

• Use size 11 point Arial font
• Left justify
• 1 inch margins
• Title should be in bold
• Author list should include superscript numbers to indicate affiliations, and an asterisk to indicate the presenting author. Affiliations should be separated by a semi-colon. An email address should be listed for the presenting author
• 300 words maximum
• No figures or tables allowed
