Dr. Julia Moore PT, DPT, CVT founded MVMT + BALANCE to provide high-quality, personalized mobile physical therapy in the Kansas City area. She specializes in vestibular rehabilitation and balance therapy; helping patients manage dizziness, vertigo, and fall risk. She also is well versed in treating a variety of orthopedic conditions and providing therapeutic services to alleviate pain from chronic or acute injury.

Julia has called the Kansas City area home since 2012. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Rockhurst University in 2016, where she also played collegiate women’s soccer, and went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Rockhurst in 2019.

She began her career in acute care and inpatient rehabilitation before transitioning to outpatient physical therapy in 2021 after earning her Vestibular Rehabilitation Certification. She has served in various outpatient leadership and management roles since 2021, while also earning her Advanced Vestibular Rehabilitation Certification from the American Institute of Balance in 2025.

Julia is passionate about building strong connections with her patients and helping them return to the activities they love.

Outside of the clinic, Julia is a proud mom of two amazing young kids. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, and getting outdoors whenever possible.
