Please sign up to assist them in any way necessary. We all have to work together to make our events a success and proceed forward with the great year we are having. See you soon

Thank you ELKS' Ladies for giving me the opportunity to grow my participation in our group by serving as your Treasurer. I appreciate everyone's willingness thus far to help me gather information to bring all financial reports current (I'm not there yet, so please continue to be kind as I ask more questions and request more paperwork).

This is a dynamic group of women to be involved with, thank you!

Please bring receipts and a COMPLETED VOUCHER to a monthly meeting. Make all checks out to the Mission Viejo Elks Ladies. Thank you!

Ways and Means

August is coming to a close... Happy Trails to all who made Western Nights such a success. We couldn't have done it without the support of all the MVSV Elks' Ladies. We are so pleased with the generosity y'all showed in our success.

Now it's time to put on your Dirndl skirt and lederhosen as Elktoberfest is right around the corner! Please start encouraging your friends and guests to get their tickets as soon as they go on sale ! (Sept 14th) We are anticipating another SOLD OUT event! Volunteers and donations are needed for each event. There will be sign ups at the next meeting for Oktoberfest Volunteers: Greeter, Decorate patio and BR, Kitchen help, Servers, Clean up, selling Raffle tickets, creating Baskets.

Also, it's not too early to start thinking about the Snowflake Ball & Gala.

Looking forward to seeing all the Ladies at our next meeting in September!

Hello Ladies,

April and I are continuing to move forward with Membership for 2026-2027.

If you have not received your membership card, membership cards are available for pickup at our monthly meetings. Unfortunately, due to the high cost of stamps, we are unable to mail them out.

If you have any friends who are interested in becoming a member, please note that the Ladies Membership forms are available in the Lodge hall closet in the event we are not available.

Auditor

The AUDITOR shall audit all books and accounts of the Treasurer

every six months and report each audit, in writing at the November and May Board meeting, and to the club membership. The final Audit on March 31st shall be taken before the books are passed on to the new Treasurer. This final report shall be read at the May business meeting by the new Auditor.

The SERGEANT-AT-ARMS shall inform members when the meeting

is ready to open; shall also make sure the flag is in its proper place, the room is properly arranged prior to the meeting and rearranged after the meeting has adjourned. The Sergeant-At-Arms may appoint one or more members for assistance.
