Hey Band Parents and Families-- Welcome!
Welcome to the Muskie Band Boosters! There are many vital opportunities to get involved and show support to our students by offering your time and talents through performance set-up, chaperoning, helping with the Koeze Nut HQ operations, fitting uniforms, and more. The best way to find out how you can help is to attend a booster meeting - held on the first Monday of each month in the band room. If you cannot make it to a meeting, please reach out to any of the board members noted on this page, and we will be happy to help you get more involved.
To promote and encourage support of the band program
1. To actively support all performances of the school band program
2. To lend all possible support, both moral and financial, to the band program in the school
3. To serve as a means of communication, keeping parents of the Muskie Band members informed as to the activities and projects of the Muskie Band.
4. To provide for the Muscatine Band members those things over and above that which is provided by the school board
5. To make all plans and carry out fundraising for the support of activities and projects.
6. To assume responsibility for publicity covering any activity or project sponsored by the organization.
7. To work with and assist the band directors.
