• $30 per 30 minute lesson

• Annual Registration Fee- $25/student. For families with multiple students, the registration fee is $15.00 for each additional family member enrolled after the initial $25.00 registration has been paid.

Please note: On occasion, tuition may increase at the beginning of a new fall term. Tuition increases will be announced 30 days before the effective date. 

Tuition is determined by the number of lessons each month multiplied by $30 per lesson. In the event that there are 5 lessons during a month, please make the proper adjustment when paying tuition for that month.

Monthly tuition is due on the first day of each month and will incur a late fee after the 10th of the month.

A $15.00 late fee will be charged if the tuition payment is received after the 10th of the month.

A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.

Please inform the instructor in advance if the student will not be able to arrive on time for his or her private lesson. It is also the students responsibility to notify the instructor in advance if he or she must miss a lesson and make arrangements for a make up lesson. Should the teacher need to be absent, the teacher will notify the student and schedule a make up lesson. Lessons must be canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time in order to be issued a makeup lesson credit.

Students who are ill should not attend lessons. If you are too sick to participate in school or work, you are too sick to attend lessons. A virtual lesson may be arranged as an alternative option.

Students who are ill or are not feeling well should stay home and contact their instructor for available virtual options as soon as possible. If you stayed home from school or work, you are too ill to come to the studio.

If students or instructors begins to sneeze, cough, or have a runny nose while at the studio, masks will be required for the duration of the lesson.

Please be respectful of the Music Lover's waiting area. No food or drinks are allowed with the exception of water.

Parents are responsible  for the supervision of their children and guests while on the premises of Music Lover's.

Parents are held responsible for any injuries to their children and guests under their watch and for any damages to the property or equipment at Music Lover's. 

Parents or legal guardians of minor students, as well as adult students, waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on school property resulting from normal activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during, or after class time.

Neither Music Lover's or its instructors provide before or after class supervision for students. Students should not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to the start of their lesson and should leave or be picked up promptly as soon as the lesson has ended. 

If the student decides to discontinue lessons, Music Lover’s and the instructor must be informed at least 30 days in advance. Music Lover's will not refund any tuition or registration fee.

If local school districts are closed due to inclement weather, Music Lover’s Learning Center will also be closed. Check your email for updated studio information.

We will use pictures and videos of students participating in various Music Lover’s Learning Center activities to promote the studio. If you do not wish for yourself or your child to appear on the studio website or social media, you must indicate so on the studio media release form.
