Private Lessons

Private piano lessons are taught in a one on one setting that will help students learn or improve their piano skills and further develop their musicianship. Students are taught music theory, piano technique, aural skills, and artistry as they learn to play piano. Private Students are reccomended for students who are 

• Adult Private Lessons (ages 18 and up)  ENROLL HERE 

• Children's Private Lessons (school age)  ENROLL HERE

• $140 per month for 30 minute lessons 

• $210 per month for 45 minute lessons  

• $280 per month for 60 minute lessons 

• Annual Registration Fee- $25/student or $40/family due at the time of registration and every August.

Please note: On occasion, tuition may increase at the beginning of a new fall term. Tuition increases will be announced 30 days before the effective date.

Forty Eight Lessons Per Year

Fall Term- 20 lesson events 

(includes private lessons, group theory lessons, recital, and pre-rehearsal)

Spring Term- 20 lesson events

(includes private lessons, group theory lessons, recital, and pre-rehearsal)

Summer Term- 8 lessons

(summer options include private lessons or half day summer camp)

There are no reimbursements for missed lessons, and tuition is never adjusted unless the teacher is absent and cannot provide the promised number of lessons.  Lessons must be canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time in order to be issued a makeup lesson credit.

Students who are ill should not attend lessons. If you are too sick to participate in school or work, you are too sick to attend lessons. A virtual lesson may be arranged as an alternative option.

All students are expected to continue private lessons during June and July OR attend a half day summer camp in lieu of private lessons.

Students who "take a break" in June and July will be automatically added to the waiting list. 

Makeup lessons will be offered in a group lesson format for missed lessons. See instructor calendar for available makeup class dates and times. You may sign up for the class time of your choice on a first come, first serve basis. Private lesson makeup slots may be added throughout the year at teacher’s discretion and availability
