7 Weeks into her postpartum program
My goal is to participate in a Spartan Race in November, 11 months PP. The strength training Jordan has included in my program helps me by slowly activating my core, upper, and lower body muscles. So far, I have done 2 full pushups from my toes and I can pull myself up a little bit higher for my pullups. Jordan over all has been a great coach, uplifting your spirit and celebrates your small wins with you!

Previous prenatal client with a postpartum update
Because of the nutrition and exercise program I received for the last 13 weeks of my pregnancy, my body was in a much better place physically and more prepared for birth when compared to my first pregnancy when I did not prepare. The program was focused on preparing for labor and delivery and I can say that it worked for me!

Prenatal client worked out right up until birth
I am so thankful for the physical and emotional guidance Jordan & the Muscle Mama program provided to me throughout my pregnancy. I was looking for a program which would help prepare my body for birthing a child as well as limit the chances of injury and Jordan definitely delivered! The individualized programs and weekly check-ins kept me accountable, while also educating me on breathing techniques to help on the big day and beyond. I hope to continue with Muscle Mama postpartum in order to safely get my body to a new physical norm!
