Going through my own pregnancy I found I was lost trying to navigate how to continue exercising, while also making sure I was keeping my body and baby safe.
I wish I had someone I could personally connect with who could guide me through the different stages and feelings of what it took to exercise both during pregnancy and postpartum. All of this motivated me to get my pre/postnatal training specialist certification while I was out on maternity leave with my son, Cameron.
Through my knowledge and personal experience, I aim to provide women with an education on prenatal and postpartum exercise, as well as help be an advocate for overall pre/postnatal women’s health.
