• Too small font for room details in Home Page, easy to understand and use, Confused about cancel button in Cancel Room Reservation, Confused about where to press the button to do Room Reservation from History.

From all of the Usability Test result, we found that our prototype has many points that need to improve to has more user-friendly support cover all of the personality of target users. In the first task which is room reservation, almost participants satisfy with this tasks. But it has some points for examples size of brief description and time slot for reservation should bigger for simplify readability and touching accurately for the big finger hand. Second task, some participants confuse about cancel room reservation because of small icon and do not know to do after click at the icon. For the last task, some participants do not know which is the button of Room Reservation from History. However, overall of our participants satisfied in our system and prototype in our Usability Testing process after understanding the every processes of our system and they desired us to use their recommendation to improve to the better system that cover to the participants.
