Prototype Improvement

For the feedback and suggestion from the participants, we use them for improve our prototype including

• Users can Increase or decrease font size of some information for example, brief description of room reservation, time reservation slots, and reservation form.
• Supporting for Thai - English languages.
• Having pop-up block when users click cancel button and need to cancel reservation.
• Having button for reservation again in task reservation from history page instead of click on anywhere from reserved room in history.
• Provide reason of rejected reservation and recommendation from the system.
• Creating recommendation button for use to guide the new users
