Recruitment Process

In the recruitment process, we select our participant in the Mahidol University. the location of finding participant is in the area of Mahidol Learning Center which are True coffee, each clubs, Bellinee's Bake & Brew , Familymart, and front of each dormitories. For our target participants, we select students in any Faculty and staff in Mahidol University who have ever been using and not using the MU Cyber Club Reservation System before. Afterward, we are going to ask them with some questions and let them use our prototype testing. We perform the permission form to sign before interviewing.

Participant Background

Consequently, there are 6 participants to join the interviewing. We separate our participants into 2 groups; people who had used the reservation system before and people who had never used the reservation system before. We have done video recording and taking some pictures for interviewing participants at Mahidol Learning Center area. We are considering about participant background and brief description of each participants.
