A VIRTUAL DISPLAY OF SINTANG PAARALAN'S RICH BIODIVERSITY THROUGH SYSTEMATICS AND ITS APPLICATION

Under the phylum Arthropoda, this class of organism is recognized to be the most diverse with a recent estimate of 5.5 million species around the world. Insects are characterized by the presence of antennae, compound eyes, six legs, wings, and a variety of mouthpart forms.
Angiosperms, known as flowering plants, represent the largest and most diverse group within the plant kingdom. With over 300,000 known species, they dominate terrestrial ecosystems worldwide. They're recognized by their flowers and seeds enclosed in fruits, playing a vital role as primary producers and contributing to the planet's biodiversity and ecological balance.
Macrofungi, part of the kingdom Fungi, are a diverse group with around 140,000 known species worldwide. Recognized for their conspicuous size, they feature prominent fruiting bodies like mushrooms or toadstools in various shapes and colors.
