HIGHLIGHTS
Fully Sponsored Participant of 2 international competitions Shell Eco Marathon Asia of 2018 & 2019 held in Singapore & Malaysia to represent our manufactured prototype of EV (Electric Vehicle) as Technical Team Manager.
HONOUR & AWARDS
Award winner of NUST High Achievers Award by Rector NUST on account of Participating and coming as Runners Up for Technical Innovation Award in Shell Eco Marathon Asia 2019.
Final Year Project
This project was committed to develop a cost effective and innovative design for the automation of motorcycle fuel tank welding machine for Atlas Honda Ltd with their Industrial Colaboration. This machine enabled industry to double its production rate for fuel tanks with the minimal initial set up cost. This is an extensive design project which was based on repeated iterations depending upon the advanced simulation results in order to provide the industry with excellent quality deliverables.
Heat produced during welding is transferred to jig through conduction and further jig is cooled with water by forced convection. ANSYS (Fluent) software is used for the simulations of cooling of jig.
RESEARCH PROJECT
Solar and geothermal energy based multi-generation system fulfilling the needs of a district.
Geothermal and solar based multi-generation system a comparative analysis
Studied the implementation of our proposed Designs.
Worked on the feasibility and reducing the carbon footprints using the Renewable sources.
Complete Analysis using EES software and its comparison with the theoretical results along the Practical working models.
Manuscripts are in process under supervision of Associate Professor Dr. Tahir Abdul Hussain Ratlamwala. This Multi-Generation System has the capability to produce six products namely as freshwater, hydrogen, heating, cooling, electricity and hot water
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN INDUSTRIES
Automatic Water Tank Level Measuring system– Instrumentations Project
An automatic water tank level measuring switch project was done using HC-SR04 ultrasnonic transducers. The project was completed using basic instrumentation techniques.
Workshop Project by using multiple Workshop tools and Machines
Made an aircraft model using different lathe and milling machine processes.
