As a Quality Control and Production Intern at PRAN Industrial Park, Ghorashal, I had the opportunity to gain practical experience in industrial food processing, production monitoring, food safety compliance, and quality assurance activities.
My internship at PRAN-RFL Group aligned strongly with my academic background in Nutrition and Food Engineering. During this internship, I supported production processes, monitored process lines, observed quality control procedures, and learned how food safety standards are maintained in a real manufacturing environment. Being selected as the best performer among 23 interns was a meaningful achievement in my professional journey. Responsibilities included coordinating event logistics, managing venue setup, supporting registration and crowd flow, and assisting employers, guests, and participants to ensure smooth operations. Actively collaborated with the organizing committee to maintain schedules, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
