I had the incredible opportunity to participate in the Aspire Leaders Program 2025 by Harvard University, a transformative global leadership initiative designed to empower and uplift emerging leaders from underserved communities around the world. This prestigious program provided a rich platform for personal and professional development through interactive learning, mentorship from Harvard faculty and global experts, and collaboration with peers from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds.
Throughout the program, I explored key areas such as ethical leadership, critical thinking, global citizenship, and social impact. I engaged in thought-provoking discussions, case studies, and projects that challenged my perspectives and strengthened my ability to lead with purpose and empathy. This experience not only enhanced my communication and decision-making skills but also deepened my understanding of how to drive change in my community and beyond.
Being an Aspire Institute alumnus is a proud milestone in my journey, reinforcing my commitment to equity, education, and sustainable development. The Aspire Leaders Program has inspired me to continue striving for impactful leadership rooted in resilience, compassion, and a strong global vision.
In 2025, I was honored with the Innovative Food Product Development Challenge Award by my Honorable Department Head, Dr. Nizam Uddin, at Daffodil International University. This recognition was awarded for my creativity and research-driven approach in developing an innovative food product that promotes better nutrition and sustainability.
This award reflects my dedication to combining scientific knowledge with practical solutions in food technology, while also motivating me to continue pursuing impactful innovations in the field of nutrition and food engineering.
I was honored to receive a full-funded scholarship from Bangladesh to attend the prestigious IIT Summer Camp 2025. The course covers essential topics such as the causes, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment options for managing congenital hypothyroidism. It also addresses the long-term impact of the condition on growth and development if left untreated.
Offered by Stanford Medicine, this course is typically aimed at healthcare professionals, medical students, and others interested in pediatric endocrinology, helping them build a foundation for diagnosing and managing thyroid-related issues in infants. The program includes case studies, research updates, and best practices for screening, which are critical for ensuring early detection and proper intervention to prevent developmental delays.
I am certified in congenital hypothyroidism from Stanford Medicine, indicating my commitment to broadening my knowledge in specific areas of health, which supports my goal of becoming a successful nutritionist by 2030.
The 10th BAPA FoodPro International Program was a transformative platform that brought together professionals, academics, entrepreneurs, and students from across the globe to explore innovations and advancements in food processing, safety, technology, and nutrition. Organized by the Bangladesh Agro-Processors’ Association (BAPA), this prestigious event served as a hub for exchanging knowledge, showcasing sustainable solutions, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders in the food industry.
The program focused on key themes such as food security, value-added processing, sustainable packaging, nutrition innovation, and export potential of agro-processed goods. Through seminars, exhibitions, workshops, and expert sessions, participants gained valuable insights into emerging trends, regulatory frameworks, and technological breakthroughs that are shaping the future of the agro-food sector both in Bangladesh and beyond.

The program focuses on cutting-edge topics such as sustainable technology development, smart cities, renewable energy, and innovation in various engineering fields. Through workshops, lectures, hands-on projects, and expert sessions, participants are exposed to groundbreaking research and innovative practices that are reshaping industries globally. The program also fosters a collaborative space where participants can engage in discussions on the future of technology and its role in addressing global challenges.
As a participant in the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) 2025 Program, I had the privilege of learning from industry leaders and collaborating with like-minded individuals. In 2019, I was honored with the GPA 5 Award by UDVASH in recognition of my outstanding academic performance in the SSC examinations. This award reflected my dedication, consistency, and commitment to academic excellence. Receiving this recognition not only boosted my confidence but also motivated me to continue striving for success in my higher studies and future career.
The SDG Food Batches are dynamic and purpose-driven educational programs crafted to empower individuals with a comprehensive understanding of sustainable food systems through the lens of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These sessions are thoughtfully structured to emphasize critical SDG themes such as zero hunger (SDG 2), good health and well-being (SDG 3), responsible consumption and production (SDG 12), and climate action (SDG 13), all of which are closely connected to global food practices.
Each batch offers a deep dive into areas like sustainable agriculture, nutrition-sensitive food systems, food security, and innovative solutions to minimize food waste. Through interactive workshops, hands-on activities, and community-driven projects, participants are not only educated about global food challenges but also inspired to become changemakers who implement sustainable practices in real-world contexts.
By bridging theory with practice, the SDG Food Batches cultivate a generation of professionals equipped with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to address some of the world’s most pressing issues in food and nutrition. Whether one is aspiring to work in public health, agricultural innovation, or food policy, this program serves as a transformative platform to drive impactful change and contribute to a healthier, more equitable, and environmentally sustainable food future for all.
Successfully completed the UNDP SDG Primer Course, developing a solid understanding of the 2030 Agenda and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The course emphasized principles such as universality, integration, and leaving no one behind, while exploring strategies for implementation, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring progress. This training strengthened my ability to align professional and research activities with global sustainable development priorities.
