At M/s Project Managers I was presented with the opportunity to work on the intricate Project of Zakariya Masjid by PARC International, Helping me to develop the following skills:

-Quantity Takeoff

-Rate Analyses

-Post tensioning in slabs

Allied bank project by Habib Fida Ali was another project that I got to work on during my internship the skills that I was able to develop included:

-Quantity Takeoff

-Billing

-Site Management

My Responsibility and Contribution to the project included:

-Development of LOD 400 as Built Model of 

a heritage Building Originally owned By Quaid-eAzam. 

-Worked on Paramteric Window & Door Families

-As-Built Structure and Façade Modelling was done 

using Model-in Place.

-Sweep and Blend Tools were utilized to achieve AsBuilt condition

As a BIM Lead on this project I worked on initiating the Project and contributed to the project in the following ways:

-Structure Modelling with Fine Detail up to LOD 350 for quantity verification.

-Innovative Approach to the project was adopted as all Façade Curtain Wall Families and Door Windows as per schedule were Modelled Completely before Initiation of the Project.. 

-Worked on Paramteric Window & Door Families

-Maintaining Project Dashboard and Preparing Query Sheet for RFI

-A Mockup of the 3-Bed Apartment of Sky Residence was modelled with Fine detail and Realistic renders. 

My Responsibility and Contribution to the project included:

-Development of LOD 300 Model.

-Worked on Paramteric Window & Door Families

-Steel Structural Modelling for steel structures in whole Facility. 

-Containers in each Facility of Custom Size and purposed were Modelled as Custom Parametric Family.

-Corrugated Sheet Thickness and Steel Sections were modelled as per the Drawings.
