For high schoolers:

While staying in quarantine, why not finish your college essay? You can finish your college essay in one week with the virtual SOAR College Essay Course, which will take place from 8:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. on July 13-17. Ms. Serrano, a math teacher at MHS, is offering preview courses this summer for Algebra 2 and Precalculus. These preview courses are great options for those who are interested in preparing themselves for their math class next year. To find out more about the courses, contact iserrano@mtsd.us.

For second and third graders:

Mr. Rosenberg is holding a virtual writing courses over the summer that focuses on creating an online newspaper. His course teaches students valuable writing and presentation skills. Email prosenberg@mtsd.us with any questions.
