Thanks to Tom, we have two tent sites on the west edge of the camp which overlook the reservoir! This should provide lovely evening sunsets from the comfort of our campsites! Ice Cap is near the top of MRT.

McKenzie River Trail
MRT is an amazing gem of Oregon and well-traveled by hikers, runners, and bikers. We have traversed parts of it before in 2018 when we camped at the Frissel boat launch. The whole trail is 26.5 miles top to bottom, with the more technical sections at the top.
