I hold a Master’s degree in Integrative and Humanistic Psychotherapy and I am being accredited by the Irish Association for Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP) and the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP).
My approach is mainly Person-Centred, meaning I offer a respectful, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where your pace, inner resources, and direction guide the work. I integrate elements of somatic approaches, trauma-informed practice, and psychosynthesis, allowing us to work holistically with the mind, emotions, body, and spirituality.
Therapy can support you through difficult life moments or offer a space to reconnect with yourself and your inner world. Together, we explore what may not yet be fully conscious, allowing your goals to emerge, evolve, and deepen over time.
In the therapeutic space, I strive to cultivate a strong, trusting, and collaborative relationship, where your wellbeing, autonomy, and safety are central.
Your engagement and commitment to the process are essential, and therapy unfolds as a shared journey shaped by both of us.
