How often do sessions take place?
I strongly encourage starting with one session per week. Longer gaps between sessions can interrupt the therapeutic process and make it harder to maintain continuity.
How long does therapy last?
My work is usually suited to people interested in meaningful, longer-term therapy. The length of the process varies from person to person and is something we review together over time.

Yes. All sessions take place online, allowing flexibility and continuity wherever you are based.
In which languages do you offer therapy?
I begin with an initial intake session, where we take time to get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, and clarify your expectations. I also share more about the way I work. Itβs important that, during this first session, you begin to sense whether we feel comfortable with each other and whether this feels like a therapeutic relationship youβd like to invest in.
After around six sessions, I usually suggest a review. This allows us to reflect together on how the work is unfolding, revisit the intentions set during the intake session, and adjust the focus or pace of therapy if needed.
