I live my life across several languages, French, English, Spanish, and Romanian, depending on the context, and I am pleased to offer therapy in all four languages. Language, culture, and identity are central to how we experience ourselves and connect with others, and I value creating a therapeutic space that honours these dimensions.
My professional journey began in the tech industry, before I made a meaningful transition into psychotherapy with the support of therapists and coaches. This shift allowed me to align who I am with what I do, and to move toward work that feels deeply authentic and purposeful.
Originally from Romania, I have studied and lived in Romania, France, and Ireland, and I am now based in France. Over the years, I have built a deeply international community of friends, family, and colleagues, which continues to shape how I relate to people and the world.
My lived experience includes being a woman in technology, a business owner, an immigrant, and a member of the LGBTQ+ community. These experiences keep diversity, inclusion, and sensitivity to difference at the heart of my work. I value curiosity, openness, and respect for each person’s unique story and identity.
I strive to practice what I encourage in others. I continue to learn and integrate insights from neuroscience into my personal and professional life, and I maintain regular practices of meditation, mindfulness, and body-oriented approaches. I have been personally engaged in psychotherapy for over five years and intend to continue, which deepens my self-awareness and supports my understanding of the client’s perspective.
