The CAB (Community Action Board) is open to any person living with HIV who resides in or receives services in Morris, Sussex or Warren Counties. The mission of the CAB is to empower consumers to self-advocate in a safe, peer-to-peer environment through education, open discussion and collaboration. The New Jersey HIV Planning Group (NJHPG) supports the New Jersey Department of Health, Division of HIV, STD and TB Services (DHSTS) in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of HIV prevention, care, and treatment services. The NJ HPG integrates the HIV Prevention and HIV Care & Treatment communities to make the best use of resources for both, while improving efficiency and effectiveness in planning in the state of New Jersey. The NEMA (Newark Eligible Metropolitan Area) Planning Council is the primary body that plans HIV care and treatment services for the five counties of Morris, Sussex, Warren, Essex and Union.
